Reagan Herron Obituary-Death News; 4-Year-Old Girl from Hughson, Tragically Dies in a Canal Crash

Reagan Herron, a lively and curious 4-year-old from Hughson, California, tragically lost her life on March 8, 2025, in a devastating vehicle accident.

Juliette, who was uninjured, was found atop the vehicle. Her uncle, who lived nearby, rushed to assist her, but it was a Stanislaus County sheriff’s deputy who bravely entered the cold, murky water to retrieve Reagan.

Reagan was rushed to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, where she tragically passed away the following day.

The heartbreaking loss has left the community of Hughson mourning. As investigators review the case, Juliette Acosta now faces a second-degree murder charge, accused of driving under the influence and causing her daughter’s untimely death.
